Journey to Entrepreneurship
LAMBB's story began with a simple desire for representation. Naomi and her sister noticed a lack of content celebrating the beauty of kinky and curly hair in the UK media landscape. This sparked the creation of a hair blog – a platform to share their own hair journeys and offer valuable haircare tips. However, this was just the first step.

In 2018, LAMBB underwent a powerful transformation. The success of projects like "Future First" and "50 Shades of Melanin" opened Naomi's eyes to the immense potential of the platform she had built. Recognising the power of storytelling, she saw an opportunity to amplify the voices and experiences of Black and Brown communities.
This realisation paved the way for LAMBB's evolution into a full-fledged production company. Now, LAMBB Productions creates both internal and external productions. Their internal projects tackle critical social issues, sparking conversations and inspiring positive change. Their external work is equally diverse, ranging from captivating campaign films to visually stunning music videos.

In 2023, LAMBB hosted its first-ever event – a celebration of female founders of colour. This event exemplifies LAMBB's commitment to empowering and uplifting the Black and Brown community. Their passion for social change extends further through workshops held at schools and universities. Here, Naomi equips young people with the tools and skills to use their artistic talents as a form of activism.
Naomi’s Business Launchpad (BLP) Experience
BLP offered invaluable personal coaching from industry experts. This mentorship equipped Naomi with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the complexities of the media production landscape and build a sustainable business model.
