BLP CEO Felicia Mattis-Rome Shortlisted for Social Enterprise Women’s Champion of the Year

We’re proud to share that our CEO, Felicia Mattis-Rome, has been shortlisted for Social Enterprise Women’s Champion of the Year at the UK Social Enterprise Awards 2025, run by Social Enterprise UK.

This category celebrates women in senior leadership who represent excellence in their field and inspire change across the sector. Felicia’s nomination reflects her dedication to driving impact through Business Launchpad and Tooting Works, where she continues to champion young entrepreneurs and strengthen our community.

The Awards shine a spotlight on the very best in the sector, showcasing diversity and impact across 15 categories. With more than 131,000 social enterprises in the UK employing 2.3 million people, we’re delighted to see Felicia recognised among these leaders in this pioneering business movement.

We’ll be joining fellow finalists and guests at the awards ceremony on 26 November at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank Centre, London, where the winners will be announced.
