Every number in our report represents a story of resilience, opportunity, and change. Together, Business Launchpad (BLP) and Tooting Works (TW) have continued to champion young people and the wider community, proving that when businesses and charities come together, lasting impact is possible.

Through our programmes and services, we aim to give young people from underrepresented backgrounds the chance to create, grow, and thrive as entrepreneurs, while providing an affordable and welcoming hub for local businesses, creatives, and community groups.

What we are proud of:

• 372 young entrepreneurs from London supported with over 300 hours of coaching and cohort programmes

• 70+ new ventures supported into launch or growth

• 70+ organisations and local businesses hosted at Tooting Works as tenants

• 100% of profits from Tooting Works reinvested into free-of-cost programmes for young entrepreneurs

• Impactful partnerships with VRU, Wimbledon Foundation, Impetus, Walcot Foundation, and Wandsworth Council

• +1000% increase in reach through the introduction of content-led digital marketing

• 95% satisfaction from programme participants and tenants, rooted in trust and shared experience
