Incubator Plus 2025: Autumn Cohort Kicks Off with Energy and Ambition

Yesterday marked the exciting launch of the autumn cohort of our Incubator Plus programme, and it was an event full of energy, ambition, and inspiration. Over 30 young people came together from 15+ London boroughs, all eager to turn their business ideas into reality. The diversity of ideas was incredible, spanning technology, services, manufacturing, food, fashion retail, and creative sectors, reflecting the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of London’s youth.

We’ve worked closely with the Impetus team to shape this programme, and their support has been incredible. They’ve helped us understand the young people we work with; what drives them, how they learn, and what challenges they face. This insight means every session is designed to truly connect with participants, helping them gain not just business skills, but confidence, resilience, and the belief that they can make their ideas happen.

This is just the beginning of a three-month intensive journey where participants will work closely with our expert facilitators and coaches. They will receive hands-on guidance in crucial areas of business, including marketing, legal essentials, finance, technology, and operations. The programme is designed not only to equip them with practical skills but also to foster the confidence, mindset, and resilience needed to thrive as entrepreneurs. By the end of the three months, participants will have refined their products or services, established an online presence, and taken tangible steps toward securing their first customers.

Beyond the workshops and coaching, participants will also benefit from networking opportunities, access to co-working space at Tooting Works, and exposure to potential funding guidance. The aim is to create a holistic support system where young founders can grow their businesses in a nurturing, hands-on environment.
