Our FREE Business Start Up Programme is designed to help you turn your business idea into a reality.
Over a year, we’ll provide you with all the resources you need to test your product or service, and build your skills as an entrepreneur. Our goal is to help you succeed, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
At the end of the programme, you’ll have the chance to gain a funding grant to help you get started.
You’ll pitch to a panel of friendly judges, and if you win we’ll give you access to £3000 worth of resources, and a great co-working space worth £2000, where you can work alongside other entrepreneurs.
Don’t worry! We will coach and mentor you throughout the year to make sure that you are confident and prepared to pitch to the best of your ability.
Throughout the programme, you will be assigned a business coach who will guide you, answer your questions and help you to apply your learnings from the programme specifically to your idea, brand or business.

In this first element of the programme, you will be trained to build your first product or service.
You’ll be taught how to use one of the most integrative WordPress plugins to create your E-commerce website to host and sell your service or product online.
At the end of this section of the programme, you will have the skills to create a product or service that’s ready to be tested and traded flexibly. You’ll also learn digital and technical skills that will be helpful for any future business ventures.

In this part of your learning, the programme focuses on developing your mind and life to be ready for building a successful business. This element of the programme focuses on developing your personal and business branding and business mindset.
We will work on your values as an entrepreneur, your finance mindset, your goals and creating an environment and network for you to thrive.

You will learn and develop your business skills and acumen in business planning, business strategy, business operations, refining marketing, branding, and finance.
By the end of this element of the programme, you will have a business strategy and be ready to pitch your idea to win a funding test trading grant to implement your strategy.
In the final week of the programme, you will have an opportunity to pitch to investors, experts and advocates to take your business to the next level.
Your goal for this week is to bring all your learning and confidence built over the year to advocate for your success and showcase your work to a meaningful and engaged network.
You now have a business!
Build a proof of concept (showing evidence that your service or product works), build meaningful networks and to complete a successful pitch at the end of the programme to support the growth of your business.
On taking feedback and building your skills over the last 6 months you will now focus on getting your business accelerating.
You will continue to receive 1:1 business coaching over the next 6 months where your goal will be to accelerate your business and further develop your product or service to increase your sales.
