DECODE MY FUTURE 3.0
Business Launchpad & Shapeways.io have been awarded £165,000 of funding by the Mayor of London’s Violence Reduction Unit (VRU) to deliver a unique 2-year tech and business skills development programme to young people aged between 8-18 years.
This is an opportunity to enhance young lives in London by addressing social mobility through upskilling and entrepreneurship.
Business Launchpad’s programme, Decode My Future 3.0, run in partnership with Shapeways.io, will launch in October 2023 and will support 80 young people living in London.
Business Launchpad & Shapeways.io will run the programme for two age groups of young people:

HTML & CSS
Interpersonal Skills
Business Support
AGES 16-18
Business Launchpad & Shapeways.io will be working specifically with young parents.
Those in this programme will benefit from:
- Paid job placement opportunities within a tech or digital industry
- Freelance website development opportunities with Shapeways.io
- 1:1 Mentorship
- Networking within the Business Launchpad and Shapeways.io ecosystem
- Free creative co-working space
- Free business and employment support
Not only this but Business Launchpad and Shapeways.io will continue to provide them with valuable support during a 6-month aftercare phase, offering mentorship and career development opportunities, including paid work experience
